At Pizza Arcadia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality food and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.


1. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect, missing items, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Remake the order correctly, or
  • Provide a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Time Limit: You must notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


2. Quality Issues

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, or unsafe food), please:

  • Do not consume the product.
  • Contact us immediately.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or full/partial refund based on the circumstances.


3. Late Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay (e.g., more than 90 minutes beyond the quoted delivery time), we may offer:

  • A discount or store credit, or
  • A partial refund, depending on the situation.

4. Change of Mind / Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has begun.
  • If you need to cancel, please call us immediately after placing your order.
  • If we have not yet started preparing the food, we may issue a full refund.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, lack of access, or no one being available to receive it, we cannot guarantee a refund. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and someone is available to accept the order.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
